| Form a team or join a team and get involved. We would love to see your smiling faces at Clark Magnet on May 15-16, 2010 There are four options on this page: 1. Form a Team via mail or fax. Go to the bottom of this page for information on forming a team. 2. Click here to go to the Relay On Line Donation site and set your team up on-line or look to the bottom of this page for a printable sign up form or call Lisa at 626-795-7774, press 3 and then ext. 232. She can fax you a form and get the kit delivered. 3. Click here to go to the Team Captain Resource page if you are already signed up as a Team Captain or would like more information on what it takes to be a Team Captain. 4. Search Existing Teams for On-Line Link. Scroll below to find the teams that are participating and go directly to their On-Line Donation page to join a team or donate to someone on that team. Add your name to this growing list. You may ask, "Why should we participate in Relay For Life?" Well, we have a few good answers. Maybe it is the enthusiasm that happens when teams of co-workers, friends, neighbors and families get together to "camp-out" for a cure. Maybe its the laughter you hear as you walk or run around the track for 24 hours. Maybe it is the inspiration of walking side-by-side with cancer Survivors, hearing their struggles, and seeing the hope in their eyes that a cure will be found. Maybe it is the emotion of lighting a candle during the Luminaria Ceremony as you remember or honor a loved one. This is why more than 3,500 communities across the U.S.A. will participate in the Relay For Life this year. This is why we would like you to join us in the fight against cancer by forming a team and joining us. Team Registration is $150. Registration is only $50 through the end of December! $100 through the end of January!
